Hi, I'm Mitch, an experienced & passionate Cosmetic Nurse with a love for cosmetic artistry & the impact my work has on people's confidence and self-esteem.

For over 30 years, I've been a Registered Nurse and Midwife, dedicating the last 16 to cosmetic nursing. Being up-to-date with the newest technology and maintaining safety are top priorities for me.

As a NZANA member with support from Dr Ellen Selkon and Clinic42 in Auckland, I'm lucky to have access to expert advice anytime. My broad experience in healthcare adds valuable skills like critical thinking and communication, enhancing the safety and quality of care I provide.

I am also a huge believer in "giving back" and I do so in my mentoring "Shadow Me" days, plus I'm thrilled to announce my recent  selection as a trainer for the esteemed international cosmetics training company MATA, who offer medical practitioners introductory courses plus a one year diploma in Cosmetic Injectables. 

I believe in working closely with clients to achieve subtle yet effective results, following a 'less is more' approach to avoid the appearance of having had 'work' done. 

I'm incredibly proud to have three boutique clinics in the Waikato with Te Awamutu opening four years ago, followed by the opening of Refresh Raglan in 2023 & I'm absolutely thrilled to expand our care even further with the launch of our brand-new Cosmetic and Wellness clinic in Hamilton in February 2025.
